Orphee Grosjean Bio

Orphee Grosjean joined the firm in 2011 and was seconded to Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York in 2016. Orphée Grosjean is mainly active in mergers and acquisitions, securities law and corporate governance matters (and also has experience in related litigation and regulatory investigations). He regularly advises public and private companies as well as private equity funds. Orphée also teaches banking and financial regulation law at Sciences Po Paris.
