Olivier Huyghues Despointes primarily advises clients of the firm, publicly listed or not, in M&A transactions, tender offers, capital-investment and corporate governance. He intervenes in many cross-border operations. He developed a major experience in the field of groups restructuring and mergers/damages. Olivier joined the firm in 2010, after several years spent at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, and at Linklaters in the Paris and London offices.
