Laurent Gautier practice focuses principally on domestic and international capital markets transactions. Laurent regularly advises corporate clients and financial institutions in connection with initial public offerings, securities offerings (equity, equity-linked, debt), shares repurchases, liability management and structured derivatives. Laurent also regularly advises listed companies on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance issues. Laurent joined the firm after having spent more than eight years working in the Paris and New York offices of an international law firm.
