As a litigation team member, Julie Pasternak mainly advises clients of the firm in high profile cases, including shareholder disputes, criminal business law, civil liability (contractual law and tort law) and stock exchange litigation. She regularly pleads before civil, commercial and criminal courts. She is also involved in pretrial and settlement procedures.
