Didier Theophile founded the firm’s antitrust and competition law practice. His practice covers all aspects of competition law from counseling to litigation, including matters of merger control, non-merger conduct, and state aid. Didier Théophile regularly represents clients before French and European competition authorities and has significant experience in large cross-border transactions and high-profile antitrust litigation and private enforcement actions. He is also particularly recognized for his antitrust law expertise in regulated sectors, such as media and telecom. Didier Théophile is teaching Competition law in the Strasbourg University. He is former Chairman of the APDC (French Association of Lawyers Practising Competition Law), a member of the IBA (International Bar Association) and of the AFEC (French Association of Competition Study). He is also Non-Governmental Advisor for the French competition authority to the ICN (International Competition Network).
