Christophe Vinsonneau Bio

Christophe Vinsonneau advises listed and non-listed entities, state entities as well as private equity funds. He has been involved in a number of cross-border transactions. Christophe joined the firm in 2010, after several years in the Parisian office of a magic circle firm. He has also been seconded to the legal department of a major French institution and to a major investment bank.
