Paul Ellaby specialises in corporate finance which involves mergers and acquisitions, disposals, private equity and venture capital, shareholders' agreements, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. He has particular expertise in private equity transactions and in the technology sector. He is head of DAC Beachcroft's Corporate Finance team in the North. Paul has over 30 years’ experience advising on the transactional, commercial and corporate governance related issues encountered by companies throughout their lifecycle. Paul's clients range from AIM-listed technology companies, through hi-tech start-ups, owner managed businesses and manufacturing businesses to high net worth individuals. He has advised some of the leading UK private equity investors on a range of corporate finance transactions including institutional buy-outs, management buy-outs and buy-ins and take privates. Paul is particularly adept at utilising that experience to guide management teams through the complexities of such transactions.
