Michelle Jones Bio

Michelle specialises in corporate law, particularly equity capital markets and public mergers and acquisitions. She has over 15 years’ experience advising clients on a broad range of corporate and corporate finance issues for both private and public companies operating in a variety of sectors and at all stages of their corporate lives. Michelle focuses on public company work, particularly AIM and Standard List admissions, reverse takeovers, capital raisings, schemes of arrangement, contractual offers, Rule 9 waivers, court approved reductions of capital and disposals. She has worked on a wide range of transactions from the very large to the relatively small as well as transactions having multi-jurisdictional elements. She also advises companies on their ongoing compliance with company law and relevant listing rules as well as finding solutions to clients' everyday legal and commercial problems.
