He advises both Italian and foreign companies in M&A transactions, capital markets and corporate law matters. In particular, he specializes in acquisitions and disposals of shareholdings and business, within the context of extraordinary transactions, involving listed companies and banks, as well as assisting them in corporate governance matters and in their relations with the Bank of Italy. Franco Barucci graduated with honours from the Università degli Studi di Firenze in 2003 and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2006. He then attained a Masters in “Financial Markets Law” from the Università Statale di Milano in 2005, and in 2009 he achieved an LLM, Master of Laws, from the University of London, King’s College.
