Vandana Shroff has over 29 years of wide-ranging experience in corporate matters, as well as specific experience in private equity and funds related areas. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team at cam, she plays a crucial role in leading by example, setting the tone for exemplary performance and going beyond the call of duty to ensure the best outcomes for every client. Over the years, Mrs. Shroff has demonstrated her expertise in corporate law and has been advising both domestic and international clients on various activities, including mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, foreign investments and commercial agreements. Additionally, Mrs. Shroff has advised several foreign and domestic private equity funds and venture capitalists, both in public and private investments. Mrs. Shroff has advised clients on all prospects/aspects of a deal, including due diligence, regulatory filings and other compliance issues. Her clientele includes blue-chip private equity funds across a range of geographies. She also leads the Firm’s Disputes practice.
