Ravi Shah specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business restructuring and cross-border transactions. He has also assisted clients with cross-border commercial agreements, franchising arrangements, procurement tenders, LLP / partnership agreements and shareholders’ agreements. Ravi is involved in the Firm’s initiatives focused towards inbound/outbound investment to/from Gujarat. He joined the Firm in April, 2016, after spending over 10 years in the UK in private practice as well as in-house.
