Kriti Bhatia is a transactional lawyer with over 9 years of experience. She regularly advises clients on a broad range of commercial transactions such as acquisitions, mergers and investments by conglomerates and strategic and private equity investors. She has experience across various sectors such as retail, real estate, e-commerce, healthcare and pharmaceuticals and IT/ITES. Kriti assists the M&A practice of the Firm in several of its large marquee and complex transactions. She has played a significant role in advising on large domestic and cross-border transactions involving complex regulatory issues, including structuring of digital businesses in the e-commerce and financial services space, acquisitions in the real estate sector, investments in the retail sector and banking sector mergers, which involve complex structures in view of a host of regulatory restrictions and considerations. She has also been part of teams advising on transactions involving public sector ownership and transactions in the listed space.
