Himanshu Narayan has over 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance and general corporate advisory. He has steered transactional aspects of various deals, including inbound and outbound investment; advisory on complex matters pertaining to international collaborations and fundraises. Mr. Narayan has advised various multinational companies, private equity investors, foreign institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, Indian promoters and family offices. Additionally, he has also advised international banks, their branches in India and other market participants on corporate finance transactions, securitisation and investments through various instruments. His experience extends to advisory on disengagements and exits from both strategic and financial partnerships.
