Himanshu is Partner of Corporate Transactions based in our Abu Dhabi office. He is a Corporate and M&A lawyer with extensive experience in India and the Middle East. He is well-regarded for his proficiency across multiple business sectors and experience on many noteworthy M&A deals. With an in-depth understanding of key industry segments, he also enjoys the endorsements of various clients with whom he works closely on a variety of corporate and commercial matters. Himanshu’s areas of focus include M&A, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, corporate governance, foreign investments and policy matters across various industry sectors.
