Anshu Choudhary Bio

Anshu Choudhary has over twelve years of experience and focusses on public and private mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, restructurings, governance issues and other corporate law matters. Anshu has advised on broad range of transactions in the listed space including buy-out M&A transactions (both buy and sell side) across various sectors, minority investments, de-listings, buybacks and corporate restructurings. Anshu regularly advises Indian conglomerates, listed companies, their sponsors, boards, investors and acquirers on transactions, regulatory issues and corporate governance matters. She was also part of the drafting team that assisted the SEBI Committee on Corporate Governance, under the Chairmanship of Mr. Uday Kotak in preparation and finalisation of the Committee Report. Anshu graduated as Rank 1 holder in her batch and was recipient of Gold Medal.
