Anchal Dhir focuses on advising listed companies, their sponsors and investors on a broad range of issues that include M&A, corporate restructurings, corporate governance and securities laws. As part of her M&A practice, she has advised on a number of acquisitions of listed companies and on acquisitions/ divestments by listed companies. Given her extensive experience of advising various stakeholders in the listed space, she is an integral part of the Firm’s corporate governance initiatives and advisory practice, and regularly advises boards on corporate governance and crisis management.
