Clemente Galvão Bio

Clemente founded CVG LEGAL in 2010, and has more than 20 years of professional experience. He has developed his practice mainly in the areas of Commercial and Corporate law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Real Estate law, Restructurings and Insolvencies, amongst other areas. He has also advised domestic and foreign clients on a wide range of transactions and coordinated legal teams on relevant and complex transactions, both in Portugal and abroad. Clemente started his professional career at Vieira de Almeida & Associados, where he worked for around five years, before joining Uría Ménendez-Proença de Carvalho in 2003, where he worked until starting at CVG LEGAL. During this period, he was on secondment to an international investment bank for two years and had the opportunity to develop his practice in Madrid for one year, which increased and enrichened his international experience. Today, Clemente continues to develop and expand his know-how and professional practice. He also regularly participates in conferences and seminars in his areas of practice.
