Ana Rocheteau Bio

Ana joined CVG LEGAL in 2013. She has been advising domestic and foreign clients acting in a wide variety of economic sectors (such as private equity, tourism, F&B, insurances, amongst others). Besides the assistance on day to day issues of corporate clients, Ana has been focusing her practice on several types of transactions, including the sale and purchase of companies and assets, acquisition and transfer of credits, loan agreements, security packages, amongst others). Ana has also been advising and assisting clients in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts, particularly commercial distribution agreements. Ana started her professional career at the Vieira de Almeida & Associados law firm, where she worked from 2012 to 2013.
