New York-based Roman Bninski has nearly forty years’ experience advising corporate clients on public company and corporate governance issues, as well as U.S. domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate financings. Mr. Bninski regularly advises clients on joint ventures and partnerships, privatizations, shareholder agreements, employment agreements, project finance, infrastructure development and oil and gas investments. He also has significant corporate finance experience which ranges from syndicated loans securitizations to public and private placements of stock and debt and commodity financing, including sale and purchase transactions.
