Mr. Habib is a multilingual lawyer with a broad range of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and equity and debt capital market transactions. Mr. Habib has extensive experience in acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and capital markets transactions in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and cross border throughout the EMEA region with a particular focus on transactions in the FMCG, healthcare, education and oil & gas sectors. Previously Mr. Habib was at an international law firm, based in Dubai, he has also worked in Kuwait and the United States, including in-house at a multinational and diversified family-owned conglomerate.
