Marc Hammerson Bio

Marc Hammerson is a senior corporate lawyer with deep experience in complex transactions in the energy and natural resources sectors. He represents investors, corporates and state-owned entities in a range of transactions including M&A, joint ventures, project finance and project development. Mr. Hammerson focuses his practice primarily on M&A, project development, corporate law and restructuring in the oil & gas and power industries. He has been particularly active advising private equity and hedge funds in these areas, recently across the full spectrum of M&A and financings relating to restructuring and insolvency.
