Andrei Baev is an energy and infrastructure partner based in London, Dubai and New York. He has more than 25 years of experience representing national oil companies (NOCs) and state clients in oil and gas sector transactions linked to manufacturing, cross-border pipeline projects, independent power projects, nuclear power plants, upstream and down-stream development projects, mining, telecommunications and infrastructure projects globally. Mr. Baev has advised on several projects of major significance in the energy sector throughout North America, Latin America, Asia, CIS and the Middle-East, representing sponsors, international banks, financial institutions, export credit agencies and multilateral lending agencies.
