Thomai Natsoulis Bio

Thomai Natsoulis, who is better known as Amy, is a Partner at the firm and Vice-Chair of its Real Estate, Corporate, Finance & Non-Profit Groups. Amy’s practice involves commercial and residential real estate transactions, commercial lending transactions, leasing transactions, including solar and telecom leases, and various corporate matters involving formation, operating, employment and termination agreements. Prior to joining the firm, Amy worked as the Staff Attorney for the Senior Citizens Law Program where she assisted senior citizens with a variety of legal matters. Amy also volunteered with the New York Legal Assistance Group just after graduating law school.
