Troy Lipp joined Cuddy & Feder as a summer associate in 2011, became a Litigation Associate in 2012 and was named Partner in 2021. An experienced litigation lawyer, Troy’s diverse practice involves representing individuals, business owners and corporate executives in complex civil and commercial litigation, contract and partnership/shareholder lawsuits, real estate, title and land use litigation, and trusts and estates matters. Clients praise Troy for his attention to detail and ability to craft pragmatic solutions to their important legal issues and questions. Troy values his role in supporting his clients as a trusted advisor and helping them resolve disputes either through negotiated settlements, and if necessary, through litigation in state and federal court.
