Tomas Kubick Bio

Tomás Kubick advises clients on the purchase and sale of assets, joint ventures and all forms of association, shareholders agreements and complex legal structures. He also advises on matters related to the consumer sector. He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association. He is legal counsel to several boards of directors with regard to their corporate governance and decision-making. He lectures at the School of Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
