Santiago Ferrer Bio

Santiago Ferrer advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, co-investment, financing, and economic competition in an array of different sectors, including consumer, infrastructure, healthcare, AgroSciences and real estate. With over 20 years experience, he has led several transactions throughout his career, having previously worked for international law firms in Chicago, Mexico City and New York. He heads the M&A and economic competition practice at the Mexico City office. He has contributed to several publications in the international media.
