Sandra Costas Bio

Sandra Costas is a corporate lawyer with 20 years of legal experience - global law firm and in-house mix - most of that time has been based in Asia (Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong) delivering legal solutions in corporate and commercial transactions between Asia, Europe and the Americas. She has represented clients from the industrial, consumer and financial sector in their capital-raisings, investments, acquisitions, exits and restructurings, as well as in their operations. She has been secretary of the board of directors of several companies and regularly advises clients on corporate governance. She is licensed to practice law in Spain. Prior to joining Cuatrecasas, she worked in China for a global law firm, and held other positions in China at the Investment and Trade Commission of the Spanish Embassy and at the Spanish Chamber of Commerce.
