Pablo Paisan Bio

Pablo Paisán advises companies from various sectors on corporate matters, including preparing reports on the duties and responsibilities of directors, M&A transactions, private equity, business promotion companies, and on Spanish and international strategic alliances. He is an expert in advising startups, particularly relating to their incorporation, the entry of investors (investment rounds), and preparing and negotiating shareholders agreements. He is a member of the academic board of the ISDE Law & Business School, where he also lectures and directs the ISDE Masters of Laws in International Law (Foreign Trade and International Relations). He is secretary of the boards of directors of several companies and speaks regularly in courses and forums. He also lectures on corporate law at Universidad de Deusto. He has published many articles related to his area of expertise.
