Oscar Trelles Bio

Oscar Trelles coordinates the Private Equity Practice in the Lima office. He also specializes in financing and project finance. He has participated in some of the most sophisticated and important national and international transactions, including multijurisdictional transactions, in recent years. Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked in different international law firms in Lima and New York, including Curtis, Mallet - Prevost, Colt & Mosle and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, where he participated in complex multijurisdictional transactions. He is a member of the New York and Lima bar associations. He lectures on M&A and project finance in the Master of Laws at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and in the International Financial Management Program at Universidad de Piura. He also contributes to publications and writes legal articles for different specialized journals and other written media.
