Marcos García advises on transnational company sales, private equity investments, collaboration and joint venture agreements, corporate group restructuring, and corporate and contractual consultancy. He has worked in top international firms, including at the New York office of US law firm Kirkland & Ellis (2014-2015). He is also a non-board member secretary and vice-secretary of the board of directors of several companies and a member of the Madrid Bar Association. He speaks regularly at training courses and workshops on corporate law.
