Macarena Ravinet Bio

Macarena Ravinet is an expert in national and international M&A, focusing her practice on telecommunications, food and retail, corporate and financial restructuring, corporate governance, private equity, and project finance, particularly in energy and infrastructure. She also advises companies, foundations and non-profit organizations on corporate social responsibility and corporate, financial and tax matters. She is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and the International Bar Association. She is also chair and director at the Chile Pro Bono Foundation and member of the International Pro Bono Network. She speaks at international conferences, including on the M&A panel of the International Bar Association in Latin America.
