Inge Zubiaur Bio

Inge Zubiaur is an expert in advising on buying, selling and restructuring companies, as well as in handling complex commercial contracts (e.g., distribution, equipment supply, logistics, and turn-key construction). She is a member of the firm’s intellectual property and new technologies group, regularly advising clients on research, development and innovation. Having worked in a London law firm, she has extensive knowledge of the English legal system, a system of reference internationally. She is an associate lecturer at the Universidad de Deusto, lecturing on corporate law in the Master in Tax and on unfair competition in the Master in Business Law.
