Helene Baus Bio

Hélène Baus is a corporate lawyer and a member of the Cuatrecasas French Desk comprising over 80 lawyers from all practice areas. Her practice is focused on crossborder M&A, joint ventures, private equity and corporate restructurings. She regularly acts for foreign investors in their investments and divestments in Spain and in North Africa. She also represents strategic investors in connection with crossborder acquisitions and sales of private-owned companies and assets. Hélène is qualified to practice under both Spanish and French law. She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
