Mr. Pérez-Yarza regularly advises Spanish and international companies and funds on all aspects of corporate and M&A law. He also handles investment and joint venture agreements, and corporate group restructurings. He speaks at courses and training seminars on commercial law. He is secretary and vice-secretary non-director of the board of directors of several companies and a member of the Madrid Bar Association. Between 2015 and 2016, he worked at the New York office of US law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell.
