Alexandra Martins Bio

Alexandra M. Martins is an expert in commercial and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, contractual law and in advising on corporate matters. She advises national and international businesses from different sectors, including fast-moving consumer goods, agri-food, health, telecommunications, media, concessions and infrastructure. From 2007 to 2022, she worked at SLCM - Serra Lopes, Cortes Martins & Associados, a full-service law firm with over 60 years of activity that merged with Cuatrecasas in 2023. She is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association. Appointed as the Young Lawyers Committee Liaison Officer for the IBA Closely Held and Growing Business Enterprises Committee in 2024.
