Albert Trias de Bes Bio

Albert Trias de Bes is an expert in national and international transactions, mainly M&A and private equity transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, corporate group restructuring, and financing and real estate transactions. His practice particularly focuses on the tourism industry, advising on transactions to acquire hotel and tourist complexes, and on negotiating hotel management and hotel lease agreements. He has advised Spanish and international groups on projects and investments in Europe, Latin America and the United States (US). He has spent part of his career in the US, working at the firm’s New York office in 2008, where he advised on several crossborder transactions. He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and the secretary non-director of the boards of directors of several companies. He lectures on corporate law at ESADE Business & Law School.
