Bio

Roger Freixes regularly advises Spanish and foreign companies on corporate and commercial matters, as well as on drafting and negotiating agreements. He also advises listed companies on corporate law and corporate governance, and on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and shareholder agreements. He spent part of his career in the US, working as a foreign associate at the Paul Weiss New York office where he participated in domestic and crossborder transactions (2014-2015). He lectures on capital markets in the Master in International Law, Foreign Trade & International Relations at ISDE Law & Business School and on restructuring in the Master in Tax and Legal Planning and Consultancy at Universitat Internacional de Catalunya. He also lectures on commercial law at ESADE Business & Law School and at IQS (both associated with Universitat Ramon Llull). He is the author of several law review articles on capital markets published in specialized journals. He coordinates and writes on the Cuatrecasas capital markets blog.
