Pedro San Jose is an expert in advising large tourism and hotel groups, and multinational tour operators on corporate tax. He also advises family businesses and private clients on tax matters, corporate restructuring and international tax. He has advised on tax in relation to transactions to buy and sell these kinds of businesses, including hotels, as well as advising resident and non-resident individuals and legal entities on tax in relation to buying and selling real estate in Spain. He is secretary of the governing board of the Management Progress Association of the Balearic Islands (APD Islas Baleares) and a member of the Bar Association of the Balearic Islands. He speaks regularly at conferences and seminars on national and international tax, and coordinates the tax club of the APD Islas Baleares where he speaks at conferences.
