Bio

Luis Guell is legal advisor to and secretary of the board of directors of several companies from different sectors. Specializing in M&A, he has participated in some of the most important sales in Galicia, Spain in recent years. He is also an expert in handling national and international transactions. From 2002 to 2023, he was a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Vigo, where he was also an in-house counsel. He lectured in the Master in Business Law at Universidade de Vigo, and in the Master in Financial Consultancy and Asset Management at IESIDE Business Institute (Escuela de Negocios Afundación). He speaks regularly at training courses and workshops on his specialty.
