Bio

Helene Baus is a member of the Cuatrecasas French Desk and has participated in numerous crossborder transactions, and in expansion and development projects in Spain involving French funds and multinationals headquartered in France (mainly in industry, energy, infrastructure and transport) and in North Africa. She is qualified to practice under both Spanish and French law. She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
