German Dominguez has advised on major real estate transactions and is an expert in export companies and commercial distribution agreements. He lectures on financial and tax law at Universitat de Girona and speaks regularly in courses and training seminars organized by chambers of commerce and business associations. He is a member of the administrative law team at the Girona office, made up of experts in advising public and private companies in the pre-litigation and litigation phases; they challenge administrative orders and resolutions in administrative, economic-administrative and judicial review courts.
