Elisabeth Errasti frequently advises on corporate restructuring and reorganization of family business groups and multinational companies from the construction, steel and transport sectors. She has participated in numerous business acquisition transactions and is an expert in accounting and financial matters. Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked for two years as a tax consultant at the Barcelona office of KMPG Abogados. She lectures in courses and speaks at taxation forums organized for companies and institutions, including the Master in Tax Consultancy at Universidad de Navarra.
