Bio

Diana Rivera has represented Spanish and multinational companies in major transactions in the technology, banking, energy and pharmaceutical sectors. She also advises family businesses. She is secretary non-director of several boards of directors. She completed a secondment at PAGBAM’s corporate department in Buenos Aires (2002). She lectures on M&A, corporate law and family business in several master programs, including Universidad de Navarra. She is member of the board of directors of the World Law Group. She is also the co-founder and coordinator of the Women in Business (WiB) program in Cuatrecasas.
