Skylar Marshall Bio

Skylar focuses his practice on general corporate governance and transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity financings, representing startups, operating companies, both buyers and sellers, and each of issuers, investment funds and financial acquirors. Prior to CAS, Skylar practiced as a corporate mergers and acquisitions attorney at the Denver office of Greenspoon Marder LLP and at Goodspeed Merrill, a corporate law boutique in Denver. Skylar has served on the executive council of the Business Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association. He lives with his wife in Littleton, Colorado.
