Darren Bilotto Bio

Darren represents technology companies throughout their lifecycles, from incorporation through exit, as well as the investors that fund them. Since 2006, Darren has represented hundreds of companies in a wide variety of matters, including formations, equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. His clients are in many different industries, including digital media, software, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and consumer goods. He also serves as outside general counsel to many clients, handling their day-to-day matters such as corporate governance, employee and compensation matters, and commercial agreements. Prior to CAS, Darren was a partner with the New York office of J&O Law. Before that, he was counsel with Lowenstein Sandler's Tech Group in New York and an associate in the Palo Alto and New York offices of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Darren lives in Katonah, New York with his husband and twins.
