Tim helps small and mid-size companies with their day-to-day business activities, contractual relations, and operations. In addition, he assists with real estate acquisitions, purchase and sales agreements, and mergers and acquisitions. Tim regularly offers his clients informative training, either in person or via Zoom, to enhance their financial knowledge and equip them to handle any questions that may arise. He enjoys being a resource for his clients and helping to make their jobs easier. A dedicated problem solver with a background in engineering, Tim brings a methodical mindset to his legal practice. His focus on quantifying risk and assigning value, even if imperfect, enables him to approach legal challenges strategically, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness over emotional decision-making. For Tim, success lies in finding win-win solutions rather than approaching situations with a zero-sum mentality, ensuring that both parties benefit while minimizing unnecessary expenses. Tim is a member of The American Bankruptcy Institute, the nation’s largest and most diverse community of bankruptcy professionals. Tim says the most remarkable thing about his career is being partners with his wife, Lindsay Woznick, co-leader of the Taxation, Trusts, & Estates Practice Group. Outside of his practice, they enjoy spending time with their two children at home on the river.
