Lori Mcmullen Bio

Lori A. McMullen is a Partner in the Sheridan office. She has previously served as the Oil and Gas Practice Group Leader and as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Lori has a broad practice in natural resources, real property, estate administration, and secured transactions, including creditors’ rights. She specializes in supporting oil and gas and natural resource producers across various operations, including title examination and title curative matters, acquisitions and divestitures, and lender financing opinions. Lori takes immense pride in representing the oil and gas industry. Her work supports economic growth, energy security, and environmental stewardship. After decades of dedicated service, she has earned a reputation for excellence, and her clients know to expect a high caliber of attention to detail and strategic insight. Lori served as the Staff Attorney in the Wyoming Legislative Service Office in Cheyenne before joining Lonabaugh and Riggs LLP, where she became a Partner. She joined Crowley Fleck in 2012. When not in the office, Lori enjoys spending time with her three children.
