Kaitlin Taylor Bio

Kaitlin N. Taylor is a Partner in the Billings office and a member of the Commercial Transactions Practice Group. Kaitlin’s practice focuses on transactional matters, including business structuring, formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions and development, and general commercial and contract matters; and also personal planning and administration matters, including estate planning, tax planning, estate and trust administration, and business succession planning. Kaitlin received her Juris Doctorate in 2015 from the University of Montana School of Law and graduated with High Honors. She also graduated with High Honors in 2011 from the University of Montana with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accountancy. A Montana native, Kaitlin enjoys running, painting, skiing, hiking and spending time with her family.
