Christopher Oliveira is a Partner in the Helena Litigation Department. Chris is the co-practice leader of the Tort Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on medical malpractice. Chris also litigates and labor and employment matters on behalf of employers, such as wrongful discharge, discrimination, and wage and hour. Chris’s labor and employment practices also focuses on advising employers related to terminations, employee handbooks, and compliance with state and federal law.
