Christopher Pycraft Bio

Chris Pycraft began working for Critchfield as an attorney immediately upon graduation from law school, joining the firm as a Member in 2012. He typically serves as general outside counsel to his clients and provides project-based support on transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, securities, the formation of employee stock ownership plans, qualified and non-qualified compensation and benefits plans, among other substantive areas of practice that evolve with the clients of the firm.
